Younique Moodstruck 3-D Fiber Lashes Review and Giveaway!!!

I have a confession to make. It's something that I am embarrassed about and I try to hide as much as I possibly can. I know there are a lot of you that suffer from the same condition, so I am here, bearing it all for the world to see. You see, I suffer for TLS.

Yes, Thin Lash Syndrome is a common and frustrating problem. Through the years, I've tried every new mascara that promises longer, thicker, voluminous lashes. I've tried to master fake ones, poking myself in the eye more than once with the toothpick that I used to place them. I've found some that work okay, but never anything I could say the product worked as promised.

This is how my lashes look. And excuse the pictures in advance. I'm terrible at selfies!

I was browsing one of the Facebook pages that you can buy, sell, trade on one day when I ran across an ad for Younique Moodstruck 3-D Fiber Lashes. They promise a 300% increase in your natural lashes! There were several pictures of a lady using them on herself, and her lashes were so long, they almost looked fake! I had to know more before I invested more money on something that might not work.

Well, the rep for Younique, Chantel, and I became fast friends. She sent me a set of the 3-D Lashes to try, and I'm here to show you how it works, and we are giving one lucky reader a FREE set for themselves!

This is how it comes.

You get a nice case with one gel wand, and one wand that holds the fibers. It goes on just like mascara.

They recommend you use one coat of your regular mascara and let it dry. Cheap brands work best, and they also say to use the one for lengthening, not for volume.

First, apply the gel like you normally would mascara. Do one eye at a time because the gel dries pretty fast. I hold both containers in one hand, so I can go back and forth fast.

Then, apply the fibers. Try not to get too close to the base of your lashes. You don't want the fibers falling in your eyeball.

Then, seal the lashes with another coat of gel. Your lashes are now perfect for day wear. If you want a more dramatic look, repeat the process and make sure you seal with a coat of gel at the end.

And this is how they look! I love it!

I'm also wearing one of Younique's natural pigment eye shadow's, called sexy. Now, I also suffer from dark circles. Younique has a concealer I would like to try, and if this giveaway goes well, maybe I can convince Chantel to let me try it and have another giveaway...Hint, hint, Chantel.

And speaking of...I stole these pics from her Facebook. They show the difference between one eye that has the lashes vs natural...

What's in these lashes?

Ingredients:
Transplating Gel Ingredients: collagen, water, natural Propolis, Brazilian palm glue, Black iron oxide, Acrylic Copolymer, Nylon 12, Stearic acid, propylene glycol/emulsifier. Net: 12ml
Natural fibers Ingredients: 100% natural fibers taken from the campanulaceae of green tea. Net: 3g
Collagen is a type of protein found extensively throughout the body that works with elastin to give skin its texture, structure, and appearance. Full of antioxidants, and provides volume and natural shine to lashes.
Aqua, or highly purified, de-ionized water, is the liquid of life! Hydrates, cleanses, and nourishes the skin and works as a natural spreading component, helping to distribute other ingredients evenly over the skin.
Natural Propolis is a brownish, resinous material collected by bees with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Younique's products are 100% natural. The only exception to this is the BB Creams have a preservative in them.  Without a preservative the shelf life was just a couple of days.  Melanie (a co-founder) is VERY hands on with the chemistry process.  She did her research and found a safe preservative.  All of Younique's powders (concealers, blushers, and pigments) are 100% natural, chemical free, mineral based powders.  They are free of talc, oils, preservatives, perfumes, synthetic dyes, and parabens.  The Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lashes' fibers are green tea.

All Younique makeup brushes have an inner high-quality copper ferrule - which means it won't rust when you use them wet or dry. They are made to last a lifetime, and are cruelty-free.

Younique...

I know this is cutting it close, but from now until the end of October, for every 7 sets of 3-D Fiber Lashes Chantel sells, she will donate one set to a woman suffering from breast cancer! So if you don't want to wait until the end of the contest, then order a set! If you are the winner, then there's one Christmas present out of the way! To nominate a woman who is kicking cancer's ass, please email Chantel here: youniquebychantel@gmail.com

You know what to do...Make sure you click 'like' for each FB page that pops up, and the Pinterest button will take you to Pinterest where you click 'follow'. Then you exit out of there and leave your Pinterest name on the widget here. If you complete them all, then that's 16 entries!
(And this is the first time I'm using Raffelcopter. I hope all of the widgets work!)
